Application Fee: $50 per applicant (18 and older) and co-signers.
Deposit: Minimum deposit of $1,195; up to $2,400 depending on screening results. Screening criteria available at principlepm.com.
Lease Term: 6, 9, or 11 months, depending on move-in date.
Pet Policy: Pets considered with an additional $350 deposit and $25/month pet rent.
Insurance: Renter’s insurance with a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage is required. This requirement does not apply to low-income applicants or those with a federal housing subsidy.
Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking unit.
