Application Fee: $50 for all applicants 18 and older and cosigners
Deposit: minimum deposit of $1250 and up to $2500 (depending on screening results, our screening criteria is available at principlepm.com)
Lease Term: 11 months
Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed
Insurance Policy: Renter's insurance required in the amount of $100,000 (not applicable for low income or with a federal housing subsidy)
Smoking Policy: Non-smoking unit
Incomplete applications will not be processed until all required information and applicants have been submitted. Submitting an incomplete application may delay processing and could affect your place in line.
Upon approval, applicant is required to take possession of the unit within 48 hours of the approval date OR the move-in ready date, whichever is last.
Resident Acknowledgment;
Upon lease signing, our complimentary concierge service, Citizen Home Solutions, will reach out via phone, text, and email to help set up your electricity, water, and gas. They can also assist with internet, TV services, security, and other moving needs. This service is completely free of charge.
