Deposit: Minimum $1495; up to $3000 depending on screening results.

Lease Term: 10 or 11 months, depending on move-in date and at PM’s discretion.

Pet Policy: Pets considered with an additional $25/mo pet rent and $350 deposit per pet.

Insurance: Renter’s insurance with a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage is required. Exempt: low-income applicants or those with a federal housing subsidy.
Smoking Policy: Non-smoking unit.

Application Processing: Incomplete applications will not be processed until all required information and applicants have been submitted. Incomplete submissions may delay processing and affect your place in line.
