Principle Gives Back

CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) is an organization that provides mentors for abused, abandoned and neglected children. These mentors offer stability to the children as they interface one-on-one and serve as a voice for the children during the judicial process. The volunteers prevent the child from getting lost in the system and take the time to learn and understand what each child needs. It all comes down to having a voice. That’s why a CASA volunteer is so important. A CASA is the child’s voice in court, there to protect the child’s interests. The CASA’s recommendations are a critical part of the judge’s decision making process.

As a title sponsor for many of CASA’s annual fundraising events in Lane County, and by assisting in community initiatives, we are helping CASA to broaden their impact by being financially able to take on and assist with more abused and neglected children. This is about hope, about new beginnings, and our way of making a difference in the lives of children here in our community. Because home should feel right.
